And then there are the FedEx and UPS and USPS drivers who drive with 
their doors open. Of course, they're above the law anyway...

I don't think any delivery vehicle in the country is required to have 
turn signals, and I notice they've been removed or disabled on Lexus and 
BMW SUVs, so perhaps there's an issue of size -- if your vehicle is big 
enough to obscure the entire Osmond family plus Babar, perhaps you're 
exempt.
