Go get 'em Rich! They can't fight evidence.
Recently I installed an antenna on my balcony. When the Property Manager
raised an eyebrow and mentioned something about "altering the
appearance" of the balcony and "standards of the community" etc., I said
"Oh, like my neighbors who keep their disused Schwinn with the rotten
tires on the second-floor landing to see in its ghetto-fabulous glory?"
Then the other eyebrow went up, and I explained that the antenna is
invisible except from inside the apartment. Gee, she shut up about it.
Amazing. LOL
