Hey Ken, it sounds like we have the same setup (4.0L V6). As you know the
Mazda and the Ranger are the exact same truck. If you look under mine, it
says Ford all over it. Hell they're built in the same plant; it just forks
when it's time to put the body on.
When you towed, did you disconnect the from the rear transaxle? I am towing
a whopping 150 miles (Greenville, SC to PF).

Its a ford ranger
full sized compact truck LOL
I have hauled to Houston, New York and Florida with it
its a 4L and no problem holding 70MPH with trailer
mileage sucks.
But I haul all the time with it
Probably 20K per year
