Actually, I was trying to remember the name of "Car Talk"'s Puerto
Vallarta transmission specialist, but the best I could come up with
was the Mexican watchmaker thing.
 
Help? In what, getting a D or getting a date? LOL
 
The problem with being in radio is you can't hear the audience laugh
..... or groan. I never said I was funny. ;P Besides which, nobody can
get it straight who's on the air anyway... I got a phone call this
afternoon past 3:00 and the woman assumed it was James, who had handed
the show over to me at 1:00.
 
The roads in Louisiana, and NO in particular, are the reason I plan
on:
a.) keeping the truck and not driving the D on the most notorious
roads (you think I-10 is bad, drive through some of the
neighbourhoods!);
b.) making sure the D I get is in sound shape to begin with, and
upgrading the suspension as soon as I have the money; and
c.) leaving ..... eventually.
 
Let me know when you're in town again. I'll buy you a drink.
