Then you don't know much about turbocharging. From his description 
he's clearly asking about the blow off valve, something any well 
designed turbo engine will have. Martin, you need one for high boost 
levels. You can get by without one for lower levels but it's good to 
have one no matter what level you boost to.

Lol, why on Earth would you ask these guys? From what I've seen most 
of them are stymied by something as simple as a D.
