There are tradeoffs between both. Copper takes longer to get rid of 
heat, but will absorb heat faster. Aluminum can get rid of heat quickly 
(one reason it is used for heatsinks on cpus) but can take alittle 
longer to absorb heat). In order to have a copper radiator that gets rid 
of the same amount of heat, it must be larger (hence so many things 
existing that are copper and are "heavy duty").
