Hey, I never looked at the detailed pictures until now.  

About the odometer, I do not think it is tampered.  With the condition of
the engine bay, this car has closer to 450 instead of 100450 miles.  

About the odometer/tripmeter, I think you are wrong- I think it is a "2"
behind the needle, not a "4".  It looks like that becuase it is very
close to "300", so the "2" is getting ready to flip, and starting to roll
a little like they do sometimes.
