The cat converter transforms otters into cats, obviously.
That is why there are so many stray cats around and very few
otters.  It really is an environmental shame.  But
nonetheless, we need the extra cats to guard the squirrel
cage fans in the a/c blower.  Samuel is probably an
authority on this because he cleaned a nest out of his a/c.
