The fuel pressure regulator is down in the bottom right of the fuel dist.
If it's leaking, that will also cause a drop in rest pressure, and thus hot
start issues.

I think that each of the 6 ports must have parts that look
just like the parts from other ports but have different
tolerances. After thinking about it for a while, I'm
wondering if Samuel's hot start problem is related to a
check valve in the fuel distributor. I thought that if a
fuel distributor was causing a hot start problem then it had
a crack in the metal diaphragm. I didn't know (or forgot?)
that it has a check valve. Does it?
