Sorry, I didn't read this earlier. I went to the museum in 2003 and 
asked if they could turn of the security system so I could inspect 
the vehicle. I was told to goto the curator's office and ask. I was 
told that for a  $100 donation I could??I paid it and they had the 
main mechanic come out and turn off the security system and allow me 
to sit in the car and take pictures of any part I wished but he had 
to operate the controls.
