What?  If he measured high negative camber, what does this have to do
with caster or toe?  The sway bar is the only thing that sets the caster
on the front tires, so a damaged sway bar bushing or damaged crumple tube
will definitely affect caster.

Regarding the problem though, reading tires is an art- just because your
camber of off, fixing it might not solve the problem.  Toe and other
things can cause the tire to wear unevenly.
