> Bern Heninger in > Atlanta came up with it. Yeah, I saw what he had on display at the last SEDOC. Each one came with it's own warning notice in a rather large font about them containing asbestos. I'm sure I've breathed enough of that stuff already just from working on DeLoreans. I hate to think about how many other sources I've inhaled it through during my life. Are these the same ones that PJ Grady is selling? I've installed one of those thinking how nice it was to not be handling more asbestos. Ack! One strategy I've come up with when removing asbestos heat shields is to soak them down thoroughly with WD-40 in hopes that will control most of the air born particles. I have a useable old ones laying around (in plastic bags) and couldn't give one away to Samuel. Walt To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: DMCForum-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Yahoo!
