The early Volvo had two different cast iron pulley's to the best of my
knowledge. Most of the yards in the DFW metroplex don't even buy early V6
Volvo's any more. No demand for a 20+ year old parts.

  Actually now that I remember, my spare engine didn't have a clutch --
  rather cheap plastic fan bolts directly to flange pressed onto pump
  shaft. Pulley is sandwiched between them. I suppose you could use a
  pulley from junkyard engine *IF* you can find one (have only seen one
  PRV. 99% of junkyard Volvo's have the inline 4). Would look slightly
  unfinished with extra unused belt groove. Plus one on my spare engine
  has rusted badly. If I can afford a DeLorean, I can afford a new
  aluminum pulley...
