Thought they held big pieces of plywood in our plastic cars (ever feel like you're driving a glorified Tucker?). Upon closer inspection see they are in fact battery tie down studs. Probably a moot point on Rich's car because no one makes a strap long enough to fit around his mombo battery anyway. At that point we were approaching 48 hours on 4 hours sleep so the confusion is understandable. If it wasn't nailed down we were replacing it.
