[DMCForum] Glitch #182

Friday I attempted to install my new brake pads.

3 lugnuts on the driver's front refuse to budge. I used a long 
cheater bar and a 600 ft/lb. impact gun. One nut sheared in half 
leaving the cone still wedged into the wheel at the base of the stud.

Is there a way to cut off or destroy the lugnuts in a manner that 
will save the wheel and the studs?

Is there a way to apply extreme heat and cold in a manner that will 
loosen them?
