I'm too excited to shut up about my car, I'm sorry. Many of you know that I've been making a twin engine Delorean for the past several years. Well, it's finally running, and street legal, and now that I get to drive it on the street, I know what I've been missing. I get a kick out of all the BTTF jokes. During one of my first rides, a small coolant leak caused a small cloud of steam to rise off the radiator in the back while I was parking it. A friend of mine later told me that he heard someone remark: "That's normal. It's just the plutonium." I hope I never get tired of that kind of humor, though I think my favorite one-liner so far is: "You're a maniac, what else is there to say?" Anyway, I'm glad to be living the dream, finally, and will continue to drive it to get the bugs out until it's too cold here, at which time I'll do the work necessary to get the second engine running in concert with the first.
