HMMMMM.  At least the RICE part F'in WORKS.  

Anyone with insight as to why the air coming out of the blower smells
like gas?  I've had previous problems with the fuel boot popping off the
lip and the fumes getting in the blower intake.  That does not seem to be
the problem this time.  Pump is secure, the level sender is secure, the
hoses in the front and back don't seem to have any leaks, no drips out
the bottom, and it doesn't seem to be coming up from the shift boot.

Occasionally it's bad right after I fill up the tank and it spills
everywhere....  but this time it's been pretty bad for the whole tank. 
Any magical mystery ideas?
