Hey Mike, your email bounced back yesterday... did your email server get ye dreaded virus perhaps? Anyways, the paint we discussed... you are correct. It's the Plastikote. As for the possible dullness, did you sand it down very far? If so, if you didn't end with a super fine sandpaper it's possible that the surface may have been a little grainy, thus creating a dull finish.
