100 psi is fine, if I were you I would have hoped for closer PSIs per
cylinder, but you take what you can get.  If one was done at 60psi (or
zero), then you have something to worry about.  

I would not expect your oil pressure to be very high while cranking.  I
recently got the change to check this out- the oil pressure on an engine
we were testing didn't even push 5psi while turning over, but pushed over
80psi when we got it running.  The pump doesn't need priming, consider
that it's "out of oil" every time you turn off the car.
