It looks like a good project car.  It wouldn't look as scary if the owner
didn't take the seats out.  The more projects that someone has attempted
but
not finished on a car like this, the more the value goes down.

I would hate to see anyone spend more than $4K on this car.  If it wasn't
for the fun of doing a restoration, it would be cheaper to buy a car that
hasn't been abused like this.
