I am not sure how two batteries are going to help what I am guessing is an overheating problem. I am assuming that 300A is supposed to be 300 WATTS? 300 Amps is a lot. Plus inverters are measured in watts. What happened with your radiator? Why not just fix that problem? Or you can always just bring a "spare" battery in the trunk and swap it out with your real battery when you want to run your fogger with the car off. It should last at least a few hours, though will certainly drain (and after a while, kill) your battery, and might cause odd effects or damage to your inverter/fogger when it browns out.
