I tend to get this kind of misfire when it rains out and I'm on the highway. I just got back from a 250 mile round trip drive to Michigan City and back. It rained part of the way and when it did everytime I would accellerate more it was buck a bit. When it stopped raining, it went away. This has been going on for a couple years now. Since I don't drive in the rain I always forget about it.
