Granted, I'm not the only person in the world who could have come up with
this thing, but it looks very familiar.

I notice he didn't use all the LEDs... only about 6 for each arm. Plus, I
prefer black as a background because it makes the lights pop, even in the
daytime.

As for your washers, you can get plastic washers of various colors from
Home
Depot.
