Mark- I had considerations for a manual power switch for my fuel pump a few months ago- I opted against it for another reason. If you wanna just kill your fuel pump, why wouldn't a cutoff switch wired between the fuel pump and inertia switch do the job? You take the path to ground away, effectively killing the pump. It would also save you from having to dink around with your inertia switch. As for the buzzer, I'm pretty sure for me anyway that the buzzer just buzzes when the car's started. However, I wouldn't swear on a stack of bibles that it's working correctly..
