If you have a place like "Mail Boxes, Etc." in your area, simply take them there and ask them to find the biggest box that will fit each tyre/tire, or just wrap them in brown paper and stick a label on them. You will have to check either there or at the local post office to find out what kind of tape to use -- they usually recommend "strapping" tape as we used to call it, the kind with the strings running through it. (If you don't use the "approved" tape, they'll re-tape it and charge you for it, yech.)
