I have an aftermarket electronic cruise control installed. No vacuum mess. In fact, it's installed without going into the engine compartment with more than a wire I believe. Since I have the Dakota Digital dash installed I have a pulse generator running off the angle drive and lower speedo cable. The electronic cruise control can feed off this, and coupled with monitoring engine timing it gives smooth acceleration and good constant speed. I waiver + or - 3 MPH and that's fine for me. It was a nice addition right before driving from Arizona to Tennessee. I enjoy the cruise control function on long drives. I find I don;t have to look at the gauge cluster as much and only pay attention to warnings when cruising. It's not for everyone though. Ryan helped with the drive home from Tennessee to Arizona and he never used it. If you like it and are used to it I highly recommend an electronic setup. It can be installed with the magnets but I've heard negative incidents with that setup. To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: DMCForum-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Your use of Yahoo!
