Walt, The pulsing effect was not quite so much a strobe effect as, at least as it appeared to me, the sort of effect one would get it one placed a light behind a triple-bladed fan turning very slowly. The light seemed to come from the inside and then flare out rather than appear and disappear at once ... I have the movies on VCD but the quality is not so wonderful. And I haven't seen them in a long time either as life is busy these days. Anyway, I have thought of trying that myself -- placing a steady dim light behind a slowly-moving fan blade, like one of those miniature fans people keep in their offices (at least they do here in "the deep south"). I haven't tried it yet, though, and I probably won't any time soon. If anybody does, let me know how it works. Farrar -- www.wwno.org 504-280-7000 ------------------------ Yahoo!
