No, I took the photos, and they were on Bourbon Street.  Go down about two
or three blocks past Lafitte's on the river side.  In fact, the next
pictures (http://www.projectvixen.com/nola/im003190.jpg and
http://www.projectvixen.com/nola/im003192.jpg) are from inside Lafitte's.

True. Bourbon Street never looks like that. That was probably down at 
the end of the Quarter off of Decatur or St Louis, where the 
rainbow-friendly apartments are.
