FWIW, I have received many of these and I inform every one of these 
foreign, blood-sucking, opportunist scheisters that I work for the 
State Department and that I'm forwarding the email to diplomatic 
security.
I do, but I've never been told what the end result was. They did put 
out a department-wide bulletin warning employees. What about the rest 
of the citizenry though?
