www.por15.com  to fix it without cutting.  You can also use navy jelly to
stop the rust, but it will not prevent it from coming back like the por15
does.

The best thing to do is cut it out and put in new sheet metal.  But a THIN
coat of bondo, prime, and paint will also work fine.  If it needs more than
1/8th inch of filler you really need to fix the metal first.
