My 1981 is with a 5 speed manual transmission rated at 19 MPH.

Also of interest is the annual fuel cost is based on $1.55 USD/gallon, which
is exactly what I paid for gas today.

Could the difference in mileage estimates be due to manual versus automatic
transmissions?
