I'm giving up. Started thinking about explaining SI units and thought
"what's the point"?
Time is not rpm. RPM is a measure of rotational velocity - ie speed and
is measured in revolutions per second. It's units carry time^-1 with
respect to a measure of distance. One revolution is 360 degrees or (hazy
memory here) isn't it worked out in radians? One revolution is 2pi rads.
I could look up definitions from first principles, but it wouldn't make
that wall any thinner or Bill's head any thicker.
