[doc] Stop-over at NEC

  I know its a while away but if anyone is interested in sorting out a 
friday or just saturday night out on the razzle while at the NEC, im up 
for it.If i can have some sort of feedback on the numbers who are 
willing to put up with me, i would apreciate it. Travel Lodge do saver 
rooms for £26 per night so it may be wise to book early, unless any one 
else has a better idea i would like to hear suggestion and keep it 
clean ha ha
