Martin, I have got the cover ok but had to cut one of the sleeves to get the fuel line through (could not get it disconnected at the chassis) so I took it apart again tonight and have resealed it up again. There is definitely no openings to the top now and I have fitted jubblys onto the fuel sender and return line with a sealant around the line as well as on the cut I had to make so it may have been water running down the lines as you suggested Mike. Fingers crossed this will finally sort it out. Thanks again for the advice. Cheers. PS Does anyone know of another car wheel that will double up as a spare tyre as I don?t have the space saver? I have a cavalier wheel but after trying to fit it to check found that it won?t fit tight to the hub. Any suggestions? PPS Martin: Im hoping to sort that O ring out soon so will know for definite if I need the accumulator (I expect I will though). Ill give you a shout this week to run through the procedure, Thanks. -- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
