Hi

Interestingly enough at the Derbyshire meet last year i was comparing 
my rear ride height against others. All of which were a good 3/4" - 
1" lower at the frame under the engine, not much i know but enough to 
notice when lined up with other D's . All cars had stock rear 
springs / shocks on them and lowered front springs . After 40k and 25 
years maybe mine still have to settle down :)

I understand everybodys views on this spring swapping, all i would 
say that if you get standard rear spring and put it side by side with 
the front one and press down on both the front appears to be more 
compressable initally than the rear. 

NickT: I remember when we swapped out your rear springs for stock 
height front ones it made the car look slightly front end nose up 
again, not a good feeling after driving mine around for a year like 
that :)

Think i have had my fill of spring swaps for a while now :)
