The Delorean DMC12 and Sinclair C5 have something in common. One of the head 
engineers at Lotus, Jim Prentice who designed, manufactured many of the 
parts and produced the assembly line on a DMC12 also was the head designer 
and engineer for the Sinclair C5 as well.

Funny enough it hasn't gone down to well on his curriculum vitae.
