Maybe it has something to do with the wrong wiring of the dipped lights (Halos), which I havnt done yet.
I had a go at doing it, but the wiring doesnt match what you told me. And to top it off, I snapped the "L shape" plastic light cover. So im not having a good day. :^(

The dip beam fuse powers just the dip beam lights, so it's coincidence :o)
