Hi Martyn,

Welcome to the club, a lot of us will be at the NEC show in Birmingham
next weekend if you are around and want to meet us.

As for insurance, on classic car policies you don't get no claims
discounts, so that doesn't matter.  However you will usually need to
have regular use of another vehicle.  At 24 you should find companies
to insure you, although at 25 all of them should take you.  

If you have another vehicle, I reckon you should be able to get
insurance for £300, maybe a little less.
