Er you do, but the DVLA just haven?t got to you ? yet (however if you?ve
received a V5C, that means you are on their database which also means that
they know you don?t have a tax disc/sorn declared).



I?d declare it as SORN asap otherwise there?ll be an £80 fine on your
doormat.  I?ve already been caught by the DVLA for forgetting to SORN one of
my cars last year, and I don?t fancy coughing up again ? especially as the
fine has doubled to £80.

why is it then i dont have to declare my '68 beetle SORN - mind you it has
been off the road since '86, and the V5C is in my name??
