[doc] Harpenden on Wednesday

Dear All,

 

I am keeping a very close eye on the weather reports for Harpenden on
Wednesday.

 

Showery spells are forecast, but I'm hoping that they won't be too heavy or
last too long.  Do any of you have any 'gazebo' type things that you can
bring to provide any shelter if necessary?  If all else fails, there are
several pubs in Harpenden we can all retreat to  :o)

 

It would be a real shame if the weather spoils this event, as we've got 14
DeLorean's confirmed (plus 2 Alpines and 'Ginger' the Spitfire) and some of
you are travelling quite a way.

 

Let's all collectively say a few words to 'the good man upstairs' tonight
and tomorrow bedtime and hope that the rain stays away on Wednesday evening.

 

Can you also let me know who is aiming to meet us at the Stevenage meeting
place at 3.30pm and who is going straight to the lay-by that James has found
on the road into Harpenden.
