I was wondering with the event now being ticket only whether that would make
life easier for getting in, but then again we don't know how many tickets
they have limited the event to!
Has anybody else got a problem if we make the meet up, say, half an hour
earlier at 4pm? (So for those meeting in Stevenage that will come forward
to 3.30pm)

So the plan is to meet up at the layby at 4:30 PM ?
Isn't that a little bit late? I remember last year I arrived on the main
road through Harpenden about 4:30 and it was traffic hell. It took me
best part of an hour to get to the common and parked up, by which time
the place was heaving...
I'll go with whatever you guys say.....
