I'd lift the fuel pump up and check the suction pipe. It may be kinked
or sucked flat.

I make up a simple "spring" insert by winding some thin steel wire
around a thin rod, then insert this inside the pick up pipe.

You could also check the state if the pick up filter.

Best regards

Subject: [doc] Stalling problems

My Delorean is suffering from stalling problems at random times, then
will eventually start again after leaving for about 10min.  It sounds
like fuel problems so I thought it was the inertia switch after fiddling
with this it would start again.  But I think this had nothing to do with
the switch it was just that 10 mins had passed.
I bypassed the inertia switch to hopefully fix the problem but it still
happens.  I now worked out this happens when the tank gets about half
full so I think its fuel pickup from the tank.  So what do I need to fix
this apart from filling the tank up again ever 50 miles!!
Also these door panels are a nightmare to put back on if you don't have
a metre long Philips screwdriver!!  Try not to drop a nut inside you
door!!
