I agree with Rich, the price is way over the top for this car.  The
mileage is (i) unlikey to be true (ii) if true, the car has sat for
too long which casues all sorts of problems and (ii) this sort of
mielage adds nothing to the value anyway. 
You can pick up an end-to-end refurbished car from DMCH for the sort
of money he's talking about and it comes with a warranty and all
upgraded parts - literally better than new.
