Stian,

It has 4 studs on the rear, you reach through the rear light opening 
and attach the 4 nuts from inside the rear fascia, it only takes about 
15mins to install but you don't see any nasty screw heads from the 
outside.

Of course you could just drill throught the surround and attached it 
like the original.
