Best of luck - but if you can get at it, try to get the heat the material 
AROUND the bolt head rather than directly on it - you want the hole to 
expand, making it looser - if you heat the bolt directly, it would expand 
itself and get tighter if anything.  Conversely, if you can only get access 
directly to the bolt heat itself, perhaps a can of plumber's freeze-spray, 
to chill the bolt and maybe contract it?  But you can get much hotter trhan 
colder, if you see what I mean - so heat around the 'land' around the hole 
would be your ideal, if possible...
