Hiya,

yep, I think you're close to the mark there - but may be a bit higher 
than that - the way it was explained to me was it's now car+shipping 
add 10% then to the new figure add 17.5% (ie you add 17.5% vat to the 
10% import duty as well! ) so overall if that is the case then you'd 
be looking at £2925.00 instead of £2700.00 
May be wrong here, but thats how the explaination from customs came 
over to me at the time ...
