[doc] Rust horror

Hi.
Yesterday, whilst replacing my brake master cylinder, I decided to remove the fuel tank cover underneath the car because Paul O'Malley told me it needed cleaned and repainted...from the outside, it didnt look too bad, but underneath was rust haven! As I started to chip away at it, holes began appearing! Luckily, it has not spread to the chassis, but I will clean the whole area anyway.
