[doc] Euro-Style Numberplate Surround **Update**

I have had a surprising number of enquiries regarding the Euro-Style 
number plate surround, to the point where it is feasible to produce, 
but now I need to ask a favour.

Does anyone have any foreign number plates they could send me so 
that I can have the pattern made?

I would like German, French, Dutch etc? as I really need to know how 
much difference there is between the sizes.

Anyone who sends me a plate in the post will also get considerable 
discount off their surround when they are produced.

I would prefer to actually be holding the plate in my hand so I can 
take it to the pattern maker. An alternative would be to send me a 
digital photo of the plate with a ruler next to it so I can get the 
scale.

Any legal requirements for the plate would also be helpful, i.e. if 
the surrounding edge has to be visible, does the plate have to be 
changed annually etc?
