Well, that's not strictly true, Alistair,
 
Club member Garry Hewitt, (vin 4883)  took his LHD car with him when he
emigrated to OZ  and  started the conversions soon after he arrived, in
about 2000, the conversions was still in its final throws some 4 years
later when I visited him and met  another 4 RHD owners. 
 
 The law is (I believe) that you can run your LHD car for up to 6 months
and then it must be converted to RHD.  
 
At least two of the RHD's I saw were "original", vin 510 sold at the
auction, (the lot before yours) This was bought by Anglo-Brit
multimillionaire Robert Holmes-A-court, who took it out to OZ with him,
when he died, it was sold at auction by his wife to its current owner. 
 
There is then another Woller -Hodec car vin 12181, photographed by Chris
Spratt when he visited OZ some years ago. 
 
The other few RHD cars I know are all post factory.
