[doc] With no BFI - It's Approx. £800+ extra to pay (!)

Got my letter today and my heart pounded until I got to the part 
about "...DOES NOT affect the vehicle covered by this PFI..." (!)

If my maths is right, on a typical £7,800 DeLorean, importers are 
left with an extra bill of approx. £800+ to pay compared with Pre-
Jan 2005 imported DeLoreans. I may be wrong of course.

Import Duty (10% of Car Cost + Shipping) + UK VAT (17.5% of that 10% 
Import Duty + Shipping (again!!!)).
